Pickle Butter

It seems like the past year has been filled with people throwing things in butter and smothering said butter on whatever they can find. Well, now it's our turn. We have invented (maybe, I haven't checked if it already exists) pickle butter, and it's bloody nice. The old adage is that the ultimate combination of flavour is 'salt, fat, acid and heat'. Well, with salted butter, sharp pickles and peppery mustard, we're pretty happy we've smashed it out the park.
