Harissa Butternut, Feta and Chickpea Salad, with Pickled Radishes

The trees are going brown, it's windy and wet and we're all playing a game of chicken with our thermostats, which means autumn is well and truly here and that means one thing - it's butternut squash season! You actually can pickle squashes both raw and cooked and they absolutely slap, but with this one we've kept things conventional with a roasting with harissa and chickpeas before dropping over a generous dose of pickle radishes.
