Our staple classic. The inspiration for this flavour is as simple as it is delicious. The classic flavour pairings for gherkins was our gateway into the wonderful world of pickling, and this is our homage to the all-time great. When it comes to pickling subjects, cucumber is naturally a safe bet, but we would also recommend using it on beetroot or courgettes.
