Meet Us at The Big Brine: What to Expect on 12–13 September

We've got some very exciting news to end the summer on: we'll be at The Big Brine on 12–13 September, London's first big festival dedicated to pickles, ferments, and all things briny — which, frankly, feels like it was invented specifically for us.

If you haven't heard of it yet, The Big Brine is taking over Hackney Bridge for a weekend of everything we love: over 30 food and drink vendors, workshops, talks on gut health, live music, and we're told, some proper competitions. Basically, if you've ever wanted to spend a weekend surrounded by people who get unreasonably excited about fermentation, this is THE place.

Here's the rundown:

When: Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026
Where: Hackney Bridge, East London
What we'll be doing: Come find us for a taste of the range, a chat about all things pickling, and (if you're lucky) a few tips on what to do with that veg box glut before summer's fully out.

We're also partnering up with Jameson's & Murder Inc for some picklebacks & outrageous pickle cocktails...

We'll have more details on exactly where to find us closer to the day — but if you're planning your Big Brine weekend, pop it in the diary now, because tickets have a habit of going fast for events like this one.

This one means a lot to us. We built Sylt because we wanted pickling to be something anyone could do at home without the faff — no sterilising marathons, no vinegar-ratio spreadsheets, just Pick, Prep, Plonk, Pour. Getting to spend a weekend with an entire festival's worth of people who feel the same way about brine? That's a dream come true.

See you there - come say hi, and bring your appetite.
