Scotch Bonnet and Lemon Spicy Margarita
One of our favourite alternate uses for our pickling liquids is in a cocktail (which may or may not speak volumes about us as people, but I digress) and this, this might well be our favourite. This sharp, tangy and spicy margarita stars our Scotch Bonnet & Lemon Pickling liquid, transformed into a citrusy syrup with orange juice, sugar syrup and jalapeños and paired with a healthy dose tequila.
